I searched and couldn't find a post for this yet, so here it is...sorry if it is a duplicate:

I'm installing an SBX which I upgraded from 3.5 to 4.0, and I'm using 4.0 PCAdmin. My pre-programming is about finished, but I cannot transfer a call to a mailbox using "TRANS/PGM" + "CALL BACK" + STA ###

Pressing CALL BACK doesn't do anything after initiating a Transfer. Happens on all stations. I created a FLEX button for CALL BACK, and still didn't work. I went through station and system attributes, but couldn't find anything obvious.

Thoughts?

I'll have a look at this when I get into work today. Haven't had any complaints from customers but doesn't mean that they're using the feature either.

The only option is access to vm pgm 113 button 2. I hope this is not a possible 4.0 bug.
