Anyone know if there's a way for a user in a MCG to have their Pool line flash but not ring? Right now I have the user on Delay 1 for 8 seconds. But they'd prefer for the line to flash while it's ringing the other phones in the group starting with the initial ring.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Double click on the pool line key and it will give you ringing options

I'm pretty sure with MCGs, the ringing options don't make a difference.

Funny i was playing with this today never relished that you could pick up a call by pressing a pooled line key as it flashes on the phone if its in a delay on a MCG why not change the 24 second timer max it out if its not being used by any other phones then put that phone in the MCG with that delay on it and you have the option to press the pooled line key if you want to ans a call

This setup is with a PRI and DIDs/Pool buttons. When a call comes in on the DID it's set to ring a MCG, the MCG rings at the pool button on the phones.

On my office phone, we just have lines and CO buttons and if our receptionist doesn't get the phone it delay rings my ext. and a few others, but at any point I can just hit the ringing line and pick it up. It seems this isn't the case with the PRI/Pool setup.

I just re-read the original post. It sounds like you need to check Prog. 204, FB35 and make sure it is enabled. Anytime a call rings in the respective pool group that key will flash red.

Ahh, I'm gonna double check that. I bet that's it. Thanks.
