I added a station expansion module to a MICS and after I left the customer site they called and said the auto attendant was picking up on the first ring and transferring calls to voice mail. I think this is the way it is working, 3 rings on the first line and it goes to mail and if someone is on line one it goes directly into mail. What did the new expansion do to the existing programing?

I assume you also added phones. Check to see what, if any settings are for CFNA & CFB.

As far as ringing on the extensions there is not any that I put on the one new phone I added and and I think they are default with out ring. I will check in the morning for call forward and Call Forward Busy No Answer.
