Hello All, I'm using a Intertel Axxess system (configured with PRI) with 550-4400 phones. I created a HG for a department and have users login using their Agent ID. The HG has a total of 3 agents and sometimes only 1 agent is logged on. When only one user is signed on to the HG and they have answered a call, they can hear a tone in their headset when a second caller calls in but the phone itself does not ring nor lights up. Is there a way to make the phone alert (either visual or audible or both) when a second or third call is received? The phone keyset is configured to have Call 1, Call 2 and Call 3 on the first three buttons so not sure what to change if needed. Thank you very much in advance.

The system flag Wrap-up Mode for Holding ACD Calls will allow the phone to ring. It’s a global flag which may have other unwanted results. You might think about reducing the Wrap Up timer, which would cause calls to be presented to the agents quicker.
