My customer has a NCP500 and the kx-nt321 ip phone says: loading... and does not finish booting, sometimes it doesn't even get that far and has nothing on the display. I moved the phone from the office to the IT room and connected directly to the PoE switch to eliminate any cabling issue. After multiple reboots the phone is still stuck at loading...

I looked inside the system to see the status of the phone and it shows not connected. Ate there any other trouble shooting procedures to take or do i call this a dead phone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
