I have a user who is trying to use an IP phone in her home. She has used the phone at her prior residence. Now, she moved and is having trouble getting the phone to work in her new residence. The phone says "IP card invalid". I have not changed any settings in the phone system.
What should I check? If the router at home is set as a DHCP server? If the ISP has the correct ports open? What else?
Thanks,
