Is there a CID card installed?? Just asking. I haven't ever seen that error.

What version is your KSU? 624-1,3 or 5. Version 1 had some CID issues. Your version of software may not have program 909 which is what I suspect. Does caller ID work? I have a cheat sheet for your system that makes it work a whole lot better. Program 909 shouldn't make your CID work or not work.

The 624-1 doesn't have program 909. The 624-3 and 5 does. That's why it returns an error. You have a 624-1. Your CID should work if it is turned on in program 900.
