I'm working with a KX-TDA50 that is dropping calls at random times on multiple extensions. It has 3 CO lines connected. I was able to replicate the problem after several attempts. I'm not sure if it is doing it on all three CO lines as it took several attempts to replicate it once. When my call dropped I looked at the display on the phone and it was in the idle state. I did not notice any power fluctuation or loss of display the call just dropped. There are no error logs. Is there a way to monitor the calls or error monitoring for the lines? Any ideas?

I would look at groups >trunk groups > make sure that co-co duration and ext - co duration are none for the trunk group. Also look at system > class of service > co-smdr make sure ext- co line call is disabled and last under system options > option 2 make sure ext-co call duration is disabled.
