So I came into work today to a phone system that the screen on the phones looks something like this:
LKD-24D V0.6J
Scout-DX V1.1 OK SYNC
After rebooting it will blip no sync, then ok sync. The phone's screen then flashes like it was trying to move on and finish booting but gets stuck on the above.
As a side note, there was some lightning in the area last night, not that I can confirm any strikes (we didn't lose power) but its always possible to come through the phone lines.
Any ideas?

Your system's main control unit (KSU) has failed and will require replacement. While it it possible that initializing it and reprogramming from scratch may get it going again, this will continue to happen and eventually won't come back up at all. Sorry for the bad news.

Could just be the flash memory battery is dead. You can try placing switch 8 in the opposite direction and resetting the system. If it does not default and restart, then it is kaput.
