Customer is requesting to take the "0" option out. I am famaliar with the Mitel, but not so much the Mitel Messenger, other than adding and deleting mailboxes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Customer also request that internally they would like people to be able to dial "0".

What I mean is, the customer does not want external callers to be able to "0" out. But wants internal callers to be able to call the operator.
