Just got a new system in and upgraded it to 4.0. I have the system preset to vm. I call in and can answer and the call drops immediately after the hang up. When I call and voice mail picks up. I hang up, but the voice mail never does. I checked the dialing talbe in 234. It just shows like all my other SBX systems. I got nothing. Any help would be appreciated. ted

Are you receiving disconnect supervision on the CO lines?

Thanks for the reply Ed. Yes. It's AT&T analog. I'm ashamed to say I was able to fix the problem by reinserting the vm card; something I should have learned a long time ago. ted

FYI, some ISPs that use IVAD lines or Internet to the bldg. then Adtrans or routers to create "loop lines" have issues providing disconnect that SBXs like to see.
Learned the hard way, watch your provider...
The Tech of Southwest Michigan Stevensville, MI 269.277.8103 How do I get the blue smoke back into the system??
