I have a customer with an Aspire M with PRI .They have been experiencing intermittent ringing with no one on the other end and no caller ID .It just shows line 001 ringing or line 002 ringing in the screen.Going out there this morning to check it out- carrier says its not them and that they don't even see these calls coming in.They have had this system for about 10 years and have just experienced the problem recently

any thoughts

I would bring a spare PRI card. BUT, it could still be the carrier, esp if they are using an IAD. OR possibly even easier is that someone camped those channels by accident.

Run a DIM capture and hopefully you can capture it when it happens, if you see any signally from the carrier, then you will know, if not then .....
