I have a customer with a OS7200 with V4.22 software, analog trunks, DS5014D and iDCS 18D keysets. There a several extensions, that when on an external phone call, and an internal page is made from any other extension, the call is cut off and the page is heard through the handset. This seems to be occurring only on extensions that have been relocated via set relocate in programming. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I would say database needs to be rewritten reason I never use relocate in programing
Had problem like this ages ago so always move extns by rewiring

I would agree with Gerrya, had a OS7200 that had similar issue but with a door phone, i did a software ugprade (which has the side effect of requiring the db to be reuploaded) and the problem hasn't come back.

Had this problem when customer was using headsets. We as well had to upgrade the system to a newer version.
