We have Axxess 9.115.
A user had two messages that, when you access them, they called back the person that left them. The people that left them said they did not do this intentionally. How do you create those type of messages?

If you call someone, then press your message key and hang up, it will light the lamp.
It's a common complaint. To clear, press the message key then *.
