Any ideas on this? The customer reports they hear a huge amount of noise, but the caller doesn't hear any noise at all. The Telco says it was not their issue, but of course we could not reproduce the issue once we were on sit. How much longer do you think they should keep supporting a late 1980's piece of technology, how are these holding up in the field now? Is it really time to punt on this system, or do they have some life, and viability left in them worth replacing trunk, and processor cards?
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!

The DK56 is over 20 years old so it's definitely time to replace it.
