I lost the display on the console (302C) Console is on a TN 754B two pair dig. card. I tested power supply. Even went so far as removing adaptor and wired it direct to pins 7&8 of jack right at console location. Tested it with meter on mod end before it goes into console and have -50 volts right on plug going into console. I've reset console, busyed and released port. Still no display. Just wanted to make sure I haven't missed something before i shell out $400.00 for a refurbed one.
Can I use a 302B with that same card? Could save a little money if I can use a B.. Thanks

Sounds like you have covered pretty much everything other that taking the console apart and checking that the ribbon cable has not come loose. If memory serves me you can use a 302B on that circuit pack. We changed to the 302D's a long time ago.

Yep...sounds like the display is shot...and yes you can switch it to a 302B with no problem since your using the 754..save yourself a few $$$.
