So I have a customer with a Panasonic DBS-824 on the local yokel's cable system and they get calls fading in and out, disconnects, and the like. I put in a trouble ticket and the "repair" tech had enough nerve to suggest to the customer that their "old" phone system couldn't handle the new lines.

Hmmm, I have several jewelery customers in malls that still cling to the DBS, wonder why they don't seem to be complaining?
