I have a couple sites in Basic or Partner mode. Small offices with half dozen phones. I am having a brain cramp as I cannot recall how to get the caller ID of a second caller to display while the user is on the phone with caller 1.
Also, just to comfirm, there is not a way to change the mailbox class of service in any way on embedded vm right?

I believe F17- caller ID inspect is still available. And no, there are no COS with the embedded VM.

Tried that first, doesn't seem to work. I will have to call tech support.

We don't have a lot of "Partner Version" IPO's out there, but do know that the earlier versions supported F-17.
And what are you wanting to control with COS in embedded?
