Im running network emanager 5.2 and everything was running just fine until the other day when I tried logging into a system. I opened up emanager and clicked on the choose equipment tab then got to next window to choose equipment to connect to. but when I click on the connect button it goes right back to the home screen and it does that over and over again. anyone ever had that happen? I've tried reinstalling and it does the same thing. all help is greatly appreciated.

If you're on IE10 then roll back to IE9.

Hey phonemeister do you have any other suggestions? The day that i went back to ie9 network emanager was working fine. this morning i go to start it up and it did the same exact thing. so i made sure that i was still on ie9 just to be sure the update didnt kick in again but i was still on ie9. Thats weird that it would start doing that again when it was working after i switched back to ie9. Thanks for the help.

Just ran updates on my laptop and spent a couple of hours reinstalling NeM and removing the patch.

Hi, I had the same issue... Uninstalled KB2846071, but DID NOT uninstall IE10. It starts the process of connecting to my equipment, but then fails with the error: Connection failed! Phone System:ERROR_COULD_NOT_CONNECT_TO_CALL_AGENT
Is that still an IE10 issue, or do I need to reboot the phone system?
Thanks!
Chad
