Howdy,
I have a second hand system I'm installing and it has a password on it.
How do I default the database and not lose the license file? Axxess ver 9.1
Additionally, it has a Win2k UM voicemail. I've only dealt with the standard Axxessory Talk voicemails. Where's the set up options to configure it to talk to the switch?

It isn't possible to default the database without losing the licensing. You'd need the original license file before you start.
