their are numerous ways to do this on a 200 ICP IP phone but curious how you guys set it up. Customer wants a button on her phone that sends all calls to her cell and wants to press a button to cancel when she gets back.

Go to form 31, assign an index number, with her cell phone number, including ARS access coded (9?).
In form 9, call forward her phone always to that speed dial entry.
Expand set, and assign a 'Call Fwd Always' key to one of the unassigned keys.
When the light is lit, her phone is forwarded, when it's not, the ext. will follow 'normal' system programing.
Also remember that her COS, and the system's trunk to trunk connections also need to be st accordingly.
