I am 20 year network admin and database administrator who also does surveillance and telephony. Can anyone tell me how to acquire the CTX WinAdmin software?

How old is the software in your system? WinAdmin has been replaced by Network Emanager and is available from your authorized Toshiba dealer.

How can I tell which software is installed on my system? (CTX 100, Model CHSUB112A) My vendor will not sell the management software and I am tired of pay large fees for a simple program change. I have the tech knowhow and common sense to program the system, I just need the interface software.

Also probably bad mojo to go to a website of professional installers and tell them you don't like how they make a living. We have contractual obligations to support manufacturers equipment lines and those efforts cannot be done for free.
