Hi uploaded some custom prompts into our officeserv 7100 system but ive accidentally put them in 9005 - 9008 instead of 9995 - 9998.
Overwriting prompts 'FIVE', 'SIX', 'SEVEN', 'EIGHT'
Does anyone know how i can get these default prompts back or where i can download them from to re-upload them.

You can extract then from your vm language file on the sd/mmc card file and then rename your incorrect numbered files before putting the correct files on the sd/mmc card

I have the vox files for prompts and the dos upload procedure is my issue. Can you assist me with a write up please for when I check in the buildprompt directory, I fail to see the new prompt no. Is PUTTY capable for these prompts uploads because my laptop running WIN XP just crushed and cant find genuine XP softwarewith Hyperterminal running. The last time I copied Hyperterm program onto WIN 7 operating system, it failed to run as desired.
heads up
