Has anyone had this happen, all of the sudden all greetings start playing in stutter. It has happened one other time to me on the same system but after rebooting it seems to go away. Any thoughts?

My first guess is a hard drive problem, because I have seen so many of those IES32 systems with bad hard drives.
If you remote to the desktop, look at the windows event log. If there is a problem with the hard drive there will usually be a lot of events logged related hard drive.
If there are hard drive problems, then the system will completely fail in the near future. Start planning now. I would do a backup using Toshiba BaR software.
