Can anyone tell me how to backdoor the tech passcode on a MCP1 bd. for a iDCS100. We bought a refurb MCP1 to fix/upgrade our system ,but the bd already had programming and the parts supplier did not wipe the old memory and reset the passcode. When I connect to the system I can't get past the passcode screen. I tried the default code but to no avail.
Thanks
Creig

Set the backup switch on the card to off - documentation says for at least 60 seconds. I like to have it off for that time then power the switch up with it off, ensure it is defaulted, then power down and set the switch on.
