Hey guys, I've got a weird problem with a GVPH voice mail on a CIX40. The Auto Attendant is going straight to mailbox 991 and not playing 990 first (Greeting 1 selected). This happened after recording the greeting in 991 (Greeting 1). Before recording Greeting 1 in 991, Greeting 1 in 990 was working fine. Anyone ever had this happen and know the fix?

Are you absolutely sure the new recording went into 991? or did they record it in 990 by mistake.....
Connect to the VM and watch the port status

Thanks for the reply. There was actually no problem to begin with. I was dialing 250 and pressing # which is supposed to go directly to 991 according to Toshiba Tech Support. When you call from the outside, the AA goes directly to 990 like it's supposed to.
