On the Starplus STS I cannot get one of the phone to transfer to VM. VM is set up and I can get it to go there via call forward only. I am not a techie but do have access to the Administrator mailbox. Any suggestions?

Exactly what are you trying to do? Transfer to voice mail is a bit of a generic term. Can you provide a bit more info?

Check your preset call forward settings on that extension.

When you call the extension it keeps ringing and never goes to VM, unless you actually use the FWD button to forward calls to VM and select #7 No Answer. The display reads FWD to 440.

Sounds like 93mdk93 is right...you need to check your call forward settings in station programming.
