We just had an InterTel 5000 system installed in one of our new locations and are experiencing an intermittent problem with it recognizing all 4 digits of a LD account code. For some reason it doesn't seem to be recognizing the 4th digit in the code being keyed until the digit has been keyed a second time. If this were just one user I would write it off as a PEBKAC error, but it is happening to numerous people.
Does anyone have any insight into this?
