I have a hotel we inherited it has a console and 2 IP side phones a 5312 and a 5330 on the 12 I put a Multi-call key and it rings and can be answered liken they requested on the 5330 I try to duplicate the key and it says: A sub attendant prime can not have a keyline or multi-call line appearance
Wish I was better on these just don't get to play with them enough.... seemed easy enough, just need it to ring so they can answer it

"A sub attendant prime can not have a keyline or multi-call line appearance"
What that means is that the 5330 was set up to be a sub-attendant, like a slave-console, so you can't assign buttons the same way that you would on a normal superset. You assign LDNs like you would on a console.
If they don't want it to be a sub attendant, you can delete the 5330 completely and then just program it fresh as a normal superset. If you do that, I'd suggest giving them a TAFAS code so they can still answer main line calls on it.
