I have a customer that says every now and then when they press the outgoing trunk key it selects a trunk that is already being used. At first I thought it might be glare, but she says the call had been established long before the system allows another person to join in. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Inter-Tel Axxess 6.005 software. All trunks are Loop Start.

What's the outgoing key programmed as? How many trunks and in what groups? What do error logs show if anything?

Sometimes little problems like this can be solved with a reset.

Thanks for the quick reply. The outgoing key is programmed with a feature code 8. There are 11 trunks in the main trunk group 92001. I have a seperate trunk group(92003) with a single line in it as a back door to check voicemail. The DID trunk group is 92002.
