This may seem a simple question coming from someone who has level 3 accreditation with Samsung, but I need to ask anyway. I need to easily divert one indial extension to multiple destinations. It has been suggested that I use macro keys to manage the destinations. Problem is, I have never used a macro key and dont know where to start. I set a key to macro, but what do I put in the extender. Brief outline of required result. Destination 1 is a UCD Group. Destination 2 is direct to voicemail. Destination 3 is external diversion to a mobile number. PS. The mobile number will probably change from time to time depending who will be on call.

Macro keys use the personal speed dials of the station. So the extender is the personal speed dial numbers (max 2) you want to use.
Read the 4.30 release notes/feature guide from Plant's website it will tell you how to use them.
