We are testing a new ITSP--Vitelity.com and are having some problems where inbound calls make a funny clicking sound that's heard by the Allworx user but not by the caller. Happens on 7.4 and 7.5. Changing codecs on handset and SIP proxy makes not difference. Turning early media on/off makes no difference. Wiresharks of the RTP stream seem to show the noise is coming from the allworx phone. Wiresharks of a call hitting the AA show the clicking noise is gone. Wiresharks of call hitting FXS port shows clicking noise present. We can't figure it out. I'd like to hear from you if you have experience with Vitelity.

Allworx has fixed the RTP problem that caused this problem in release 7.5.8.5
