Hi all.
I'm working with Axxess v2.59 system version 9.002 and running into a problem with phantom devices in the System folder.
When I try to assign access to it, I can't find it in the list of folders to grant permission to.
I login to Session Manager as admin (as admin, I have permission), click on passwords, edit right, the option is not available for my counterpart at remote location.
I do not want her to have admin access, but do want her to be able to create phantom devices. When she logs in with her information, she can't even see the 'phantom devices' folder.
Any other way to accomplish this?

Im kind of lost here but, does she log in to her own system at remote site and then cant see your phantom folder?
