Does anyone have an idea how hunt group priorities work?
Question 1: Does it behave the same way if I assign priority 50 to Hunt Group 1 and 49 to Hunt Group 2 as it does if I assign priority 50 to Hunt Group 1 and 1 to Hunt Group 2?
Question 2: Hunt Group 1 always has a queue of people on hold from 7 am to 11 am. An operator is a member of Hunt Group 1 and Hunt Group 2. If Hunt Group 1 has priority, does a caller in Hunt Group 2 have to wait until 11 am to get their call answered by the operator?
Thanks,

In database programming, open your hunt group and press F1. The help screen explains it very well.
