I have two IP4100 wireless phones with two AP's in a multi cell configuration running off of an EC. When a call comes in to one of the cordless phones via a direct dial, the user can use the Hold soft key to put he caller on hold and then pick em back up using the Retrieve soft key, no issues. When a call is transferred to a cordless, the user can put the call on hold but then when they press the Retrieve soft key, nothing happens and they cannot pick the call back up. Any ideas on what the issue might be? I will be going to the site next week to verify the issue and do any updates to the firmware. Just wondering if anyone here has run into this before.
