We had our VM SVMI-20E die on our OfficeServ 7200 and have replaced it with a new SVMI-20E. We have everything backup and running. Auto Attendants, VM to Email, etc... However, we can't get the External Number Notification working when you have messages in your mailbox. On our test mailbox we have made the change in Open Block, Mailbox, Mailbox EXT, then Page 2 of 6 where you can set the Message Alert options. We have Message alert to 'Y', and entered the the 11 digit cell phone number. When we test it out, the Voicemail system never calls the Alert phone number specified. I've verified that "9," is specified in the prefix of the Off Premise block. What am I missing? This was working on the VM that died.

Just wanted to provide an update on what the fix was. In the Open Block Table\Extension\Pick desired extension\ Change the Supervisor Level from NONE to Partial.
