I have a tech on site that has the above mentioned system, I need to do a pswd reset but am not familiar w the x11 and since it is a 3900 phone it has no feature button, any help is appreciated, need to reset password on cp

Sounds like its a PBX Call Pilot no?.
Have him check the system.

x11 ....did that mean Option 11? sorry never seen that term before.
RatherbeFishing or PJ best for this.
No such thing as a feature button on PBX period.
Requires laptop and PBX tech.

he says there is an external CP, something I am unsure of, didn't know you could use an external CP on x11
