Hi, I have a problem trying to dial through strata net, I have a CIX200 with a LIPU card version LIPX34C, and a CIX40 with a GIPU card version MIPU02_06DA216, I can dial from the CIX40 to the CIX200 with no problem and I have voice both ways, but when I try to dial from the CIX200 to the CIX40 I can't, I already check the stratnet programs on the emanager and everything seems to be good,
Do you think I have to upgrade the firmware of the CIX200 LIPU card from the LIPX34C to LIPU0302?

On a new install we had this trouble and we drove ourselves crazy. Site B could call site A just fine. When site A calls site B fast busy. It ended up being the customer's firewall configuration and it even took the IT tech a while to puzzle it out with tech support. We even did a Wireshark to compare working call vs. non working call and could see the failure of site A to reach site B. We were EXTREMELY fortunate to have a top-notch IT person a this site that could see what we were seeing and work on his equipment.
