So they are on version R5.0 C01 and the voicemail is pccard small which looks to be 4 mailboxes. User can't get into his vm box because it doesn't exist (would be #5)
I'm also looking online about forwarding to a cell and it looks like it's a 6.0 or later feature?

@ jeffro7172, If your willing to spend a nickel on your system, we can have you up and running the way you want it to be in no time.
Just go to www.walker-solutions.com and click on the remote support tab.

Thanks,

I will also vouch for Mike.

But ... how will you create a 5th mailbox or do outcalling on a small PVM Card?

which is why my next thread will be asking if anyone has a large vm pccard and any gotchas on unplugging the small and plugging in the large. I probably have a day or two to see if a forum member can help them out or to ebay I go. I'm volunteering my time and figuring out what I can to keep the costs down for them, so Mike I appreciate the offer, but they are trying to keep expenses down. Which is why I'm asking questions and reading all the guides online to figure it out. Thank you very much all!
Jeff
