I have a customer with a DK424 that needs an analog cordless telephone (ext.385)to ring simultaneously when a particular extension (230, digital set) is called. My question is this....Should I create a PhDN, set up a hunt group, or some type of call coverage. It's been a while since I had to do something like this on a Toshiba. I seem to remember making a PhDN, assigning an owner, and creating a ring assignment for the PhDN, but can't remember where I assigned ringing. Any help is appreciated.

The DK doesn't have a hunt group that will ring all phones in the group at the same time.

If everyone knows this user as extn. 230, then make the digital phone 385 and the cordless 230. Put a secondary DN of 230 on the digital phone. Every time someone dials 230 both phones will ring.

Thanks Voyager. That makes sense to me and for now that will work for this application, but what if I needed 3 digital phones and 1 analog to ring at the same time? You can only have 1 PhDN owner right? How could I accomplish this?

Believe me...Been trying for 10 years to get them to upgrade. Maybe this will be the kicker to get them over the edge. Thanks for your help.
