cammy Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 29 Edinburgh	Hi I've got an auto attendant recall application setup which prompts for the extension number to transfer to. Is it possible to configure it to accept extension numbers on another node connected through a VPN? Thanks Cammy

cammy Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 29 Edinburgh	At the side which runs the auto attendant recall is a Mitel CS5000 (5.1.0.20) and at the other side is an Inter-tel CS5000 (5.0.3.46)

DND ON Member Joined: May 2009 Posts: 1,198 Connecticut	I'm not at a site where I can test this, but as long as there is a local Extension ID for the off-node extension, you should be able to dial it.

cammy Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 29 Edinburgh	Under System/Devices&FeatureCodes/Phones/RemoteNodeID we have the extensions synced from the remote site in there. The auto attendant recall does not recognise extensions in this list ("The number entered is not valid"). Is there somewhere else where it could be listed? Cheers Cammy
