Setting up console using manager 10.1(69). Programed buttons as user then ext.The problem I see is when ext. goes off hook red light blinks but it works. Only time the red light on console is on steady is when phone is disconnected is this the new way or have I got the buttons programed wrong. Or is there a setting on the operators phone that needs to be set. If I remember the last one we put in the lights stayed on steady when someone was off hook.

They flash when someone is off hook. They are steady on DND. They are also steady on disconnected phones or if you deleted a user and didn't delete the button
