I am an old CICS/MICS tech and am not familiar with the BCM50. Not sure I want to be but a customer wants me to look at the system. They are getting caller id on only one phone.
Is the only access via a program or can you access programming via a phone.
Never blame on malice, what can be adequately attributed to STUPIDITY!!
