I am looking for some guidance. I am looking to take a digital system and convert it to a IP system. Question: do I need to be a dealer to receive support from Siemens for assistance. If not and ideas on how to get a programmers manual/ installers manual?

To convert it to ip you will need a hg1500 card and you will need licences for ip phones / trunks.
So you will need a dealer to get these. You would be better getting in a siemens tech
