I just setup 3 sites with the flash based voicemail, 1 site is total fine, but the other 2 sites when they record their greeting it tags on to the end if you have a mail box please press #, how do I get that off or what do they need to do when they record there message
thanks Craig

That usually indicates a database failure....you may need to reinitialize the voice mail. Try a reset first.

I tried the reset, then reinitialized the voicemail card with still no luck, on the one thats not working right the software is 30022 and prompt is 30002, and the one that is working is software 20053 and prompt is 10000. Which I would think the one that is not working has the newer software. Im at a loss besides down grading software if i can get a copy of the older one

I don't remember ever hearing this tag at the end of a greeting, not unless you hit pound after listening to it.

That's a standard tag line in the Vodavi Flash voice-mails, at least in the later versions. I don't remember a way to turn it off, and have never been asked to.
My suggestion would be to have a "to repeat this menu, press 9" option at the end of your AA menu. Unless I'm missing why the tag line would be a problem.
I'm not sure you can downgrade the 30022 software. Wasn't that the newer software for the newer style card? The one with the "time-out" option? Sorry, it's been a while since we've sold an XTS or STS.

Yeah they have a option to repeat the menu, but they dont use the mailboxs or 4 for dial by name, so they dont want people to hear it, they just want there menu and then once it times out to replay, which it does replay after the time out, but that after that tagged on message

Ahhh, I understand. Still not sure there is anything you can do about it. Maybe someone else will chime in.

This is about the main greeting not a mailbox greeting...now I understand as well. Re-record system prompt 091, put silence over it if you have to...the prompt will still play, but nothing to hear.

Ya, just record a second of silence in the correct prompt. There are actually several prompts you can record over. I think there are 4 or 5 different ones that I have recorded over in the past. I don't have the book with me at the moment but it seems like they are prompts 008, 011, 091, 103,& 106. I would advise listening to the prompt before recording over it to make sure these are right.
