Can a Telrad system with an MPD2 and TVSe be networked with an IpeX2 system with a TVSe+ card as long as the software versions for the MPD2/IPeX2 and the TVSe/TVSe+ are the same and there is the proper licensing?

Simple answer is YES they can. Just need IPNet licenses.

Understood, thanks. Is there any reason it is better to have both systems running an IPeX2? I dont suppose there can be a primary emaGEN voicemail on the main system and a failover emaGEN configuration on the remote system.

I have install it both ways. 2 IPEX's so each site has it's own voicemail. I did it because the client wanted Call Record on all phones. I have also installed it as centralized voicemail, 1 IPEX several MPD2 systems. You would need a AMIS license to do the main/failover setup.
