hi i am having trouble figuring out why internal calls to console routed to overflow point is not working . when i dial console rings once and goes busy. i have defaulted the system and reprogammed it and still does the same thing . i am using a program from a working system .what could possibly wrong?

thanks for your response in cmd 100 reg 8 i have programed as follows 080133031 .this hotel uses night mode 24/7 .i have tried 081133031 also 081132031 jusy does not make sense. could it be the software ,or control card? they did have problems with slots 1 and 2 the ons was making crackling type noise in those slots ,i moved them to slots 3 and 4 the noise went away . everything else works.please any input would help .

equipment number is wrong (031) if you have moved cards 1 and 2 to 3 and 4. 031 would have been slot 2 circuit 15., but it's not there now, that's why the busy.
