tring to upgrade NEM and Im getting a error SQL Express 2005 couldn't load ???? It shouldn't be this hard to load a program to program a phone system !!

Hey Steve have you tried looking in the SQL install logs as it will tell you at what point it failed so will give you an idea of how to fix it.

The older versions didnt like MSXML Parser 3.0 or something like that so you had to remove it first then the SQL would install.

Before you upgrade you should always do a backup of the old NEM and then remove SQL and other SQL apps then NEM. after everything is uninstalled the new install will go smooth then you can just restore your backup.

MSXML 6.0 is whats on this computer ? I removed all the SQL also ???
