Hi, I currently have a NEAX2000 pbx and several NEC DTERM IPs. One of the Dterm IPs has the message light on and shows "1 new" on the screen. There are no messages in that mailbox. Are there any MOC commands that can check for a tied mailbox, or a ghost message. I am not the most familiar with matworx and really have no idea as to where the problem is.

Have you tried leaving a message for that phone, then retrieve it like normal and see if the light turns off?
