We have an axxess system with 9.1 software. The owner seems to think you can call in and forward your extension. So he gave me the number and I tested with the following instructions:

Call into system with number (number is in system listed as DISA)
Press 29
Press Extension number
Enter password
Press 28
Press assigned dummy extension
Hang up

The dummy extension is just a phantom we have preconfigured with their cell number.

They claim this used to work, we have since changed providers at least 2 times. What type of programming is required to make this work?
